Twinning
Through TGHN - LAC, we carry out a number of initiatives to support research skills training, improve research culture and strengthen research systems.
TGHN's ‘Twinning’ scheme aims to provide targeted learning through an active participation approach. Twinning is structured so that a less experienced site can be matched and mentored by a more experienced site from environments with contextually relevant challenges. Also, if you have experience in running a ‘Twinning and Site-Exchange’ scheme or have tools to share with us, we would love to hear from you! Promote and participate in a twinning scheme! |
