Qualitative research
WHAT IS QUALITATIVE RESEARCH?
Qualitative research is a methodological approach applied in various areas of knowledge and aims to investigate complex and subjective phenomena. Unlike quantitative research, which seeks to measure and analyse data using statistical tools, for example, qualitative research focuses on interpreting and understanding social reality through meanings, motives, contexts, perspectives, and experiences [1].
