La OPS refuerza su liderazgo en ética de la investigación
La Organización Panamericana de la Salud (OPS) lanzó el Modelo Regional de Contrato para Ensayos Clínicos, disponible en español e inglés.
Este modelo establece el contenido esencial de las cláusulas fundamentales de un contrato para ensayo clínico y propone una armonización de los aspectos legales esenciales, en línea con los estándares éticos y regulatorios internacionales.

The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) has launched the Regional Template Clinical Trial Agreement, available in Spanish and English.
This model sets out the essential content of the key clauses of a clinical trial contract and proposes the harmonisation of fundamental legal aspects, in line with international ethical and regulatory standards.
